Why should I choose natural products?
Some of the daily personal care and home care items we use contain ingredients that can affect our health, some of which can harm our bodies in the long run. For example, some common cleaning agents irritate and dry out hair and skin leading to damage and premature aging. Some chemical ingredients have been linked to reproductive and hormonal disorders, or are toxic when they bioaccumulate in our bodies after years of use.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we don’t. We are an online-store only based in Auckland, New Zealand.
What are your delivery zones and charges?
New Zealand:
0.75kg and below: NZ$6.00
0.76kg to 1.25kg: NZ$7.50
1.26kg to 2kg: NZ$9.00
If you spend NZ$100 then delivery is FREE anywhere in NZ.
Australia:
0.30kg and below: NZ$18.00
0.31kg to 0.50kg: NZ$20.00
0.51kg to 0.60kg: NZ$21.00
0.61kg to 0.70kg: NZ$22.00
0.71kg to 0.80kg: NZ$23.00
0.81kg to 0.90kg: NZ$24.00
0.91kg to 1.00kg: NZ$25.00

What shipping method do you use?
NZ Post provides our delivery services. They will work to deliver it within 3-10 business days. We aim to ship orders as soon as possible! If your order is placed before noon on a weekday we will aim to get it shipped the same day. Orders received after lunchtime (or on the weekend) will be shipped the next business day.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want the absolute best product experience for all of our customers and will happily replace or refund any faulty or less than perfect item. If the product was bought from our online store, you can return the product by emailing joni@iheartnature.co.nz within 7 days of your date of purchase. Please provide the following information:
- Your name, mailing address, and invoice number
- Photo of the item for exchange (including the batch code and expiry date stamped on the product label)
- Reason for the return
If you change your mind about what you bought and would like to exchange it for a different shade or variant, please email us the information above within 7 days of your date of purchase, ship it back to us in saleable condition, and we will happily ship out a replacement. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original packaging.
All return and exchange items are subject to a handling fee of 15% of the purchase cost.
All sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order may be cancelled without charges within 24 hours after the order has been placed. You may submit your cancellation request by emailing joni@iheartnature.co.nz and we will contact you to inform you of the next steps.
Cancellation after 24 hours will be subject to the standard return policy as described above.
